    • Trionfo is an upgraded multi-carrier, multi-product unified quoting, enrollment, and benefits administration platform. Trionfo takes all the power and scale of enterprise technology solutions and makes it available in a user-friendly format for Small Businesses. 
  2. Who does Trionfo serve? 
    • Trionfo serves Agents and agencies, General Agencies, Employers, and Employees by providing an efficient platform for either their quoting/renewal, submission, enrollment, or on-going management needs. 
  3. Which carriers can be quoted on Trionfo ? 
    • Currently, Trionfo has quoting capabilities with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, MetLife, Principal, Guardian, and Baylor Scott & White. 
  4. Which carriers are integrated with Trionfo ? 
    • Currently, Trionfo has integrations with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas, Aetna, Principal, and MetLife. 
  5. What if my carrier(s) isn’t supported for quoting? 
    • If a carrier isn’t supported for quoting, then a Manual Plan is able to be built or to be selected from the manual plan library. 
  6. Can Trionfo quote for Mid-Market Groups? 
    • Trionfo is currently unable to support mid-market quoting, however, Trionfo will work with your General Agency to produce a quote. 
  7. Can Trionfo provide Mid-Market membership feeds? 
    • Yes, Trionfo is able to support Mid-Market membership file feeds for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas, and MetLife.
