The Export Proposal button on the Plan Information screen allows you to generate editable Excel proposals after you select your plans.
Proposals will include the plans you’ve selected, and have your agency and employer information included.
You can dynamically create proposals at any time before the Employer Cost Analysis screen by changing your plan selection on the Plan Information page!
You are able to select or quote as many plans as you see on the plan information screen. Each product: Health, Dental, etc. will export on a separate tab in your exported Excel proposal. You can customize, add logos, and highlight certain plan features.
Your proposal export will have a “New Business Census” tab which breaks down the cost for each employee, for all plans. This census, along with the rates, are dynamic and will update as you go through anticipated enrollment.
There is also a Disclosures tab included. We recommend you delete this tab before sending to your client. This information is provided to help the broker understand certain carrier restrictions.
Please note: Do not continue past anticipated enrollment if you plan on re-running a proposal. Your proposal pricing will update to reflect the anticipated enrollment when you continue past this screen. This is in order for you to provide a more updated proposal.
