Forgot Password

This article will provide instructions on how users can reset their password when they experience issues logging in.

1. From the home page where you login, click on the type of user that applies to you.
2. A login box will appear towards the right-hand side. Click on the ‘Forgot Password‘ link.
3. Enter your username and click Next.
4. Complete any security questions and type in the Captcha code. Click Next.
5. Enter in a new password and then confirm password. Then click Submit.
6. The system will prompt you that the change was a success and you will be redirected to the home page.
