This article will provide instructions on how to register for the Producer Decision Tool. The Producer Decision Tool allows users to quote prospects and access benefit administration tools.
User Types
Agent (Most Common): This user can run quotes and monitor their book of business. All clients must be tied to a specific agent. You should register at least one principal writing agent for your agency.
Agency: We recommend this user type for administrative support staff. They can perform any action on behalf of an agent, as well as lock, unlock, and grant access to other users from the agency.
General Agency: Has all of the same features as the agency user type. General agency users will be able to access agencies and clients tied to them.
Carrier: Similar to the General Agent user type, these users will see all agency and general agency business tied to them.
How to Register
- From the login screen, click on Producers.
- You will see the option to Register Now.
- Select the appropriate User Type.
- Enter your Carrier Producer Number (agent user types) or Access Code.
- Create a username and password.
- Enter your email address, security questions, and the security code.
- Click Submit to continue onto the platform.
