Terminating Dependent Benefits

This article explains how you can terminate a specific benefit for a dependent tied to an employee.

Term Dependent Benefit

  1. After logging into your account, look for the Menu dropdown toward the top-right of the screen and select Maintenance.
  2. In the I want to dropdown, select Term Dependent Benefit.
  3. Select the Employee you wish to work with and click Submit.
  4. Enter the Term Date for when the last date the benefit should be active.
  5. The Event Date is for your recordkeeping to track the event date.
  6. Select the appropriate Reason
  7. Click the Show dropdown under Benefits.
  8. Select the benefits to terminate, and when you are done, click Submit Request
Tip

Please allow 5-10 minutes for Maintenance Requests to process. You can verify changes by navigating to the applicable section in the employee profile. Should there be a failure for any reason our support team will notify you.
