Upload and Access Company Resources & Documents

You can upload and access resources for your organization in the notes & documents center. This is also where you can find welcome letters, certificate booklets, etc. Read this article to learn more!

  1. After logging into your account, look for the Menu dropdown toward the top-right of the screen and select Account Information >> Notes/Documents Center.
  2. You can click on any Note within the table to view more information, and open attachments.
  3. If you have system permissions, you can also Add Notes and set parameters such as: Locked (cannot be edited by anyone else but you), Visibility to Employees, and Attachments.
