Determine Coverage Availability:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Navigate to the <strong>Prospects<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check if the desired coverage is available:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the carrier and product can be selected or built using the <strong>Manual Plans<\/strong> button on the plan listing screen, proceed with the following steps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the coverage is not supported in the Producer portal (e.g., unavailable carrier or product such as critical illness, accident, etc.), submit a <strong>Build Request<\/strong> to <a>support@bentegro.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Identify an Existing Client:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Existing clients will be listed under the <strong>Clients<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the group is still under the <strong>Prospects<\/strong> tab and the effective date allows modification (e.g., working on a 10\/1 case in September), go to the <strong>Plan Listing<\/strong> screen to modify plan selections.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Handling Census Information:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To get current census information:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Find the older prospect profile (if it exists) and export the census.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alternatively, export an <strong>Employee Information Report<\/strong> from the client portal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Rebuilding Group Demographics:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enter the current employment and dependent census.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the coverages to be added.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete each step of the process similar to a new business or renewal case, including details such as contribution, waiting period, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Finalizing the Addition:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On the <strong>Summary<\/strong> page, click the <strong>Finish<\/strong> button.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The system will identify the case by Tax ID and add the additional lines of coverage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a system warning occurs indicating the coverages were not able to be added, contact <a>support@bentegro.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Carrier Submission:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Follow the carrier\u2019s standard submission process (e.g., completion of paperwork and accompanying required documents) for new lines of coverage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For integrated carriers:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once the submission is confirmed complete, the coverages will be live for managing ongoing eligibility and membership in the <strong>client portal<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For non-integrated carriers:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The coverages will be available for use in the <strong>client portal<\/strong> and can be used for tracking and reporting changes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>By following these steps, you can efficiently add new coverage to existing businesses on our platform.
