After choosing\u00a0Yes<\/strong>\u00a0on the\u00a0employee benefit enrollment<\/a>\u00a0prompt, you can start making benefit elections on behalf of employees.<\/p>\n

The enroll\/waive check boxes and import\/export features work the same way as the\u00a0Anticipated Enrollment<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0page with some minor differences.<\/p>\n

\n

Warning<\/span>Edit employee information first if you need to, and avoid jumping to a prior screen\u00a0after\u00a0you make elections. Benefit elections\u00a0will not be saved<\/strong>\u00a0until you click Save and Continue!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Editing Employee Census<\/h3>\n

Click the\u00a0employee\u2019s name<\/strong><\/p>\n

A\u00a0form<\/strong> will open allowing you to edit employee information, add dependents and delete the contact<\/p>\n

Waiving Employees<\/h3>\n

When selecting the Waived checkbox for an employee, you are required to include a reason for waiving.<\/p>\n

Click the\u00a0select a reason\u00a0<\/strong>link to see the available options:<\/p>\n

Save the reason by clicking the\u00a0check button<\/strong><\/p>\n

Waiving Spouses and Dependents<\/strong><\/h3>\n

To waive a spouse or dependent use the\u00a0drop-down arrow<\/strong>\u00a0to the left of an employee<\/p>\n

Remove the check mark<\/strong>\u00a0from the dependent or spouse<\/p>\n

Save and Continue<\/h3>\n

Click\u00a0Save and Continue\u00a0<\/strong>and you’ll go to the Summary<\/a> page with Employee Benefit Elections at the bottom.<\/p>\n

Double-Check your elections and click\u00a0Continue<\/strong><\/p>\n
