This article will provide instructions on how an employee can register and get access to their benefits platform.<\/p>\n \t\t

\r\n \t\t\t\t\tIn some scenarios, the employee may receive an access code <\/strong>directly from an admin user. A better guide to follow would be the Employer Registration article. \t\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n \t\t\t \t\t\t\r\n \t\t<\/div>\r\n \t\t\n

A Broker or Employer Administrator will find their ‘Employee Portal Registration’ <\/strong>template, containing a personalized registration link, by going into their employer portal and navigating to: Menu >> Account Information >> Notes\/Documents Center.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The recommended method is for the administrator to copy and paste the Employee Portal Registration template, and email the employee(s) with an email subject: Employee Benefit Portal Registration Instructions. This template contains a personalized registration link<\/strong> that can be emailed to all employees within the organization (Better for company-wide open-enrollment) or directly to the employee (Better for ongoing new-hires).\"\"<\/p>\n

If this is for a recently added employee or new-hire, make sure you add the employee first so they verify their information on the pre-registration screen. Then through Employee Maintenance <\/strong>from the home screen,<\/strong> open a special enrollment window<\/strong> so the employee will see their benefit options.<\/p>\n

  1. The Employee<\/strong> will click the link in the email to get to the pre-registration page.\"\"<\/li>\n
  2. Enter all required fields <\/strong>to verify your account.<\/li>\n
  3. Complete the registration process: create a username<\/strong>, password<\/strong>, and complete any remaining fields.<\/li>\n
