Use this article to learn the process of adding new employees to your employer portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. From your Home<\/strong> page, click on Add Employees<\/strong> in the Quick Actions<\/strong> menu.\"\"<\/li>
  2. There are 3 steps that need to be completed to successfully add the employee. First, complete the Employee Details & Employee Address<\/strong> sections.   \t\t
    \r\n \t\t\tWarning<\/span> \t\t\t \t\t\t\t

    \r\n \t\t\t\t\tSome organizations have a class structure that determines which plans an employee can enroll in. Always check to make sure the employee is added to the correct class, and payroll schedule! \t\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n \t\t\t \t\t\t\r\n \t\t<\/div>\r\n \t\t<\/li>

  3. Click Next <\/strong>to verify the address<\/strong> and move to the next step.\"\"<\/li>
  4. If the employee has a spouse or dependent, click Add Dependent <\/strong>and complete the form.\"\"<\/li>
  5. Click Next <\/strong>to move to the Summary<\/strong> page.<\/li>
  6. Verify the information<\/strong> and scroll<\/strong> to the bottom to determine how you would like to proceed. The recommended method is None<\/strong>, as there is an easier way to add benefits to employees outlined in the link at the bottom of this article:\n

    1. Open an enrollment window for benefits<\/li>\n
    2. Add a benefit to the employee<\/li>\n
    3. None (Completes the process and adds the employee<\/em>)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>
    4. Select Next,<\/strong> or Finish <\/strong>if you selected none.\"\"<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n \t\t
