If an employee is experiencing issues with their password, both an agent and employer admin can reset the password.<\/p>\n

In your Employer portal, navigate to User Management<\/strong> (click here to learn how)<\/a><\/p>\n

  1. Click on a user<\/strong> from the List of Users table.<\/li>\n
  2. In the Edit User section that appears below, click the Reset Password\u00a0<\/strong>button.<\/li>\n
  3. Confirm that you want to reset the password by selecting\u00a0Yes\"\"<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. A confirmation message will display letting you know that a reset link has been emailed<\/strong> to the user.\"\"<\/li>\n
  5. The employee will receive an email with a\u00a0new password<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
