Employers can use the platform to track qualifying event requests for their employees, as well as monitor and approve requests submitted by their employees.<\/p>\n

In your Employer portal from the home page:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Click on Qualifying Event Requests <\/strong>from the Quick Actions<\/strong> menu on the right-hand side.\"\"<\/li>\n
  2. Use the Add Qualifying Life Event<\/strong> button in the list table to add on behalf of your employees. To learn more about this process read more on our submitting qualifying event requests<\/a> article. To update the status<\/strong> of a request, click on the request<\/strong> in the table below. \"\"<\/li>\n
  3. You can leave a comment <\/strong>for the employee to review in their portal, or you can update the status<\/strong> by selecting an option from the status<\/strong> drop-down.<\/li>\n
  4. If you select\u00a0Approve,\u00a0<\/strong>enter in the\u00a0New Effective From\u00a0<\/strong>date, special\u00a0Enrollment Begin Date<\/strong>, and\u00a0Enrollment End Date<\/strong>. Then click\u00a0Update<\/strong>. \"\"<\/li>\n
  5. Click\u00a0Save <\/strong>after verifying the request. The request will lock if approved<\/em> was selected, and the employee can make changes based on the begin and end dates supplied in step 4.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
